The Fire Marshals Association of Kansas (FMAK) is comprised of fire service professionals dedicated to providing safe communities for Kansans through fire prevention and community risk reduction efforts.

About The Fire Marshals Association of Kansas Chapter

The Fire Marshals Association of Kansas was created in 1980 with the primary purpose to aid in the preservation of life and property by advocating, promoting, educating, and providing leadership in the prevention or mitigation of fire, explosions, and other related hazardous conditions. FMAK is a recognized Chapter with the International Code Council and the International Fire Marshal’s Association. Membership is comprised of firefighters, fire inspectors, fire marshals, public educators, and other professionals dedicated towards promoting the activities of the association.
The Fire Marshals Association of Kansas is dedicated to safeguarding Kansas communities by advocating, promoting, and providing leadership in fire prevention, community risk reduction, and the mitigation of hazardous conditions to preserve life and property.
