Justin Ducey was elected President of the Association by the membership in 2024. Prior to serving as President, he served two years as Vice President and was a member of the Training Committee for the association. Chief Ducey has nearly 20 years of fire service experience and currently serves as the Assistant Fire Chief of Community Risk Reduction/Fire Marshal for the City of Olathe Fire Department.
