The Training Committee is tasked with identifying, developing, and implementing educational programs and resources to enhance the skills and effectiveness of the Fire Marshal’s Association of Kansas members. This committee coordinates training sessions, workshops, and seminars aimed at advancing knowledge in fire prevention, safety protocols, and investigative techniques. The committee works closely with regional directors and external educational bodies to ensure the training offerings are current and relevant to the evolving needs of fire safety professionals throughout the state. Additionally, they are responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and seeking feedback from participants to continuously improve the curriculum.
