Gene Robertson is the Southwest Regional Director for the Association. Prior to serving as Director, he served as President and Past President of the Association for 6 years and oversees the Legislation Committee as well as the spokesperson for the Kansas State Association of Fire Chiefs Fire Prevention Section. Chief Robertson has 41 years of Fire Service experience and currently serves as the Division Chief of Fire Prevention & Investigations for the Garden City Fire Department.
